Lalvin ICV K1-V1116 (often called K1V-1116) is a highly robust, fast-fermenting yeast strain known for a 18% alcohol tolerance and versatility in white, red, and fruit wines. It is excellent for cold fermentations, producing high floral esters, and is commonly used to restart stuck fermentations.
