The Tapcooler Counter Pressure Bottle Filler is the ideal way to fill bottles directly from your forward sealing taps without compromising your kegged beer’s flavour, aroma or carbonation levels. This Compact Counter Pressure Bottle Filler plugs into beer taps with a 10.0 mm inner diameter and by simply attaching a CO2 gas line to the filling unit, users can easily purge air out of the bottle with the Tapcooler’s push button valve and fill carbonated beverages under pressure from their keg systems. 

Tapcooler has an adjustable pressure relief valve controlling the pressure inside the bottle and thus the filling speed. How fast the bottle can be filled without too much foaming depends on CO2 level, beer temperature and bottle temperature.

Tapcooler fits Ultratap, Vent-Matic, Perlick 600 series and Intertap. These fillers can be converted to fit Perlick 500 series with optional tap connector. Cannot be used with ventilated beer taps, i.e. not forward sealing beer taps. 

If there is not enough clearance to get the filler and a bottle under your tap, an extension tube and Intertap connection tube are available, providing users with an easy solution for fitting larger bottles under their taps. 

The Tapcooler Counter Pressure Bottle Filler includes a built-in Push-fit CO2 connector for 3/16 inch outer diameter tubes. A barb adaptor for 6-8 mm inner diameter tubes is also included with the unit and is designed to be fitted into the unit’s push fitting to attach 5mm and 6mm ID gas lines. 

An Optional ball lock adaptor is available for the Tapcooler Counter Pressure Bottle Filler (Part number TCCPBF-BLA). The ball lock adaptor provides users with the ability to attach a gas (grey) disconnect directly to the filler unit.

CO2 and beer are filled from the bottom of the bottle through the bottle connector tube. The tube is telescopic, enabling filling of bottles from 10.5 to 31.5 cm in heigth. When filling taller bottles, the tube will not reach the bottom of the bottle. Tapcooler’s bottle mouth seal is made from food grade silicon and includes a flange to direct potential overfills to the sides of the bottle. 

When filling large mouth containers or growlers, a bottle stopper of suitable size with a 9mm bored hole may be used in placed of the silicone bottle mouth seal. To fill our Ultimate Growler, simply swap the silicone stopper on the unit for our 36 x 45 bored silicone bung. 

All metal parts are made of stainless steel (SS304). The barb and ball lock  CO2 adaptors are made of aluminium.
