A flavour extract that is meant to mimic the specific flavours, colour and nuances of a certain type of distilled spirit.

These flavours are concentrated liquids that are best added to your neutral distilled spirit incrementally until the right flavour profile has been reached.

An interesting, strong liqueur flavour, meant to be introduced and consumed at lower ABV percentages such as around 15%.

This flavour can be described as a mix of a cinnamon liqueur and complex flavours akin to that of a red wine.

Add in small increments until the desired balance between colour, flavour profile and characteristics has been achieved.
