Step by step instructions:

Total liquor (water) required, 32 litres. Mash with 12 litres liquor. Single step infusion mash at 66°C for 60 minutes. Sparge at 76°C until 27 litres of wort is collected. Boil for 70 minutes and add the hops at the start of the boil.  Ferment at 18°C for 14 days, bottle  with 5.1 g dextrose per litre and condition for three weeks at 12°C.
