General Description:

A long, white, semi-flexible plastic paddle that has been treated so as to be able to withstand heat over water boiling temperature. This allows the paddle to be used to stir the mash around during the mash process or stir the wort during the boil. 

This paddle also comes with a small stirring spoon on the other end of its handle to fit into smaller openings for stirring.
