General Description
A relatively thick, white liquid that is used to cover aged cheese to help prevent unwanted mould growth. It is often used in tandem with cheese wax to achieve these results optimally.
Quantity:
500ml of liquid cheese coating.
Directions:
Coat 1 to 3 layers onto the surface of your cheese evenly. This can be applied to the cheese and once dried the cheese wax can be added.
Best used on pale coloured cheese to prevent too much alteration of the cheese's colour.
Storage:
Keep in a cool, dry place.
Keep the cap screwed on if not in use.
