General Description

A large, white, food grade plastic, cylindrical and porous container that is commonly used to mold the shape of cheese and for short term storage whilst hardening.

This container contains numerous porous holes to allow for airflow and moisture evaporation whilst drying cheese.

Storage and cleaning

Wash the cheese mold after use with dish soap or a no rinse sanitizer and store in a dry place.
