Dye to enhance or introduce the yellow colour in cheese. This bottle contains 20ml.
Makes:
Enough to treat 350L Milk. Use 3 drops from a pipette per litre milk or according to your recipe specifications.
Requirements:
Add before Calcium Chloride and Rennet.
Storage:
Keep refrigerated.
Keep the cap screwed on if not in use.
