General Description
The 100% concentrated fruit juice is a clear liquid, prepared from the depectinised, filtered, unfermented juice of clean apples, by concentration at diminished temperatures and pressure.

Preservative free and not prepared from GM Fruit. ° Brix (refractometer) 70 ± 0.5 °Brix .
Use/Directions:
For cider we recommend using around 5 parts water for every 1 part concentrate or, put simply a 5:1 ratio of water to concentrate.
This will dilute the concentrate down to around 11.7 Brix and likely produce a dry cider of around 6% ABV with strong apple flavours.
For apple brandy we recommend using around 2 parts water for every 1 part concentrate or, put simplu a 2:1 ratio of water to concentrate.
This will dilute the concentrate down to around 23.3 Brix and likely produce a strong apple fermentation of around 13.8% ABV with very strong apple flavour and tartness.
Note that these ratios are only applicable if using just the concentrate and water, you may choose to add a neutral sugar in which case this ratio may change drastically.
Storage:
Keep cap closed and store frozen to prevent mould growth.
