General Description:

A packet of disk-shaped tablets that are made from sulphur and are used to preserve empty barrels by burning them on the inside of said barrel.

This burning of a Sulphur disc in an oak barrel, displaces oxygen with CO2 – this preserves the barrels and keeps them free from bacteria.

For preservation for a long period of time, burn 4g of sulphur per 100L capacity; repeat this every 40 – 50 days.

For barrels being refilled, burn 2g of sulphur per 100L capacity.
