• Root Beer Extract 1

  • Add  19L water  , Root Beer Extract , 1.3kg honey , 0.9kg brown sugar , 1 packet champagne yeast  in a bottling  bucket  and mix thoroughly
  • Bottle soda  and then  allow the  bottles  to stand at room temp for one day.
  • Open  one  bottle everyday  thereafter  to  test  for carbonation .When  desired  carbonation has been reached move all bottles into refrigeration . Bottles left out at room temp will most likely explode as the yeast continues to consume sugar and produce CO2
