It has a strong competitive character, excellent alcohol tolerance up to 18% and can ferment in a wide range of temperatures (Optimal between 15°C to 25°C).  Used for the production of sparkling wines, fruit wines, dry meads and ciders.  For the production of  25L must. Includes yeast nutrient, urea free.
