The best way to use bacteria is with a starter. To create a starter optimized to grow Lactobacillus, combine the following ingredients per Liter of wort and boil for 15 minutes:

90 grams DME

20 grams Dextrose 

20 grams Calcium Carbonate 

1 gram Fermaid K / DAP 

Cool this starter solution down to the temperature and maintain this temperature as best as possible for 24 to 36 hours.
