CURRENT OPERATING PROCEDURES

Regrettably our physical retail stores are closed due to the lock down. No walk-in customers, store browsing or payments via cash, card and EFT. Once the world has returned to normality we will resume in-store trading.

You can order online during all lock down levels and either collect at the Villieria store once you have received a ready to collect notification or have the order couriered via the courier guy. The Villieria store is open for collections between 10:30 and 16:30. Please wear a mask and bring with the order number when collecting. Orders are currently taking three to four working days (excludes weekends and public holidays) on average to consolidate and pack. Please place all orders before close of business on Tuesday if you would like it attended to before the weekend. The Centurion branch is currently closed for trade.
We are unfortunately not able to add to or modify an order once it has been placed. Any modifications such as milling should be added to the order comments prior to checkout. If you have placed multiple orders and would like to collect them together, please wait for the last orders notification and collect together. Orders are sorted by number and will not be grouped. These provisions have been put in place to streamline getting orders out. Please be patient as we are working as fast as we can.
