General Description

 

A bottle containing a white liquid that is commonly used to reduce foam production during the hot-break portion of the boil and can be used to reduce the amount of krausen development during fermentation.

 

Quantity:

 

100ml

 

Use/Directions:

 

Add a few drops (2 – 6) per gallon at the start of fermentation to prevent or restrict krausen formation during fermentation.

 

Add a few drops (2 – 10) per standard 27L boil to prevent or restrict foam production during the boil.

 

Use 50ml per 100L mash when distilling to prevent excessive foam production.

Though effective, your results may vary with foam control and you may need to use more or less depending on your situation.

 

Storage:

 

Keep cap closed and keep in a cool, dry place.
