General Description

A three legged (tripod) stand with an open, circular, cast iron top that is meant to hold glass vessels over the open flame of a Bunsen burner.

This stand is perfectly suited for Erlenmeyer flasks due to its wide, hollow, circular top.

Asbestos gauze can be place on top of the cast iron top for heat resistance.
